I think you need to get a breath/stool test to find out if you are still infected with H. pylori.

i dont agree that probiotics should be taken together with antibiotics because they'll simply be killed by antibiotics.

Rabeprazole is a preferable acid reducing agent but any other drug such as pantoprazole will do the job.

i suspect your H. pylori was not killed by your first treatment and so, i would suggest you to stop your rabeprazole for 2 weeks and get a breath/stool test done.
