After meeting with my doctor yesterday he told me that we were successful in getting rid of the h pylori. One question I have though is does the biopsy always give accurate results? How sure can he be that it truly is eradicated?
Any advice/tips now that the HP is gone?

I just had another endoscopy to check to see if my HP is gone. My doctor said I still have inflammation in my duodenum. I am going in a few weeks for a follow up test to see if the h pylori is gone. The pain that I initially had from the HP (which was under my ribs) is mostly gone. Symptoms after medication
Ever since taking the HP triple therapy antibiotics and tecta for one month I have had a lot of stomach pain, gas and constipation. Has anyone experienced this?? What should I do?

The headaches have gone away but I still have the feeling of dry/tired eyes. Finished my antibiotics 2 days ago...now taking tecta for 1 month. Could tecta cause dry eyes as well or is this still from the other medication? It is just strange that I have been off it for 2 days and its still happening.

Finished treatment
My last day of treatment was yesterday...so happy to be done all those pills! now I am taking 1 PPI everyday for 1 month. Not sure what this will do to my digestive system...because I am already having a lot of gas and cramps :(

pounding headaches with these meds
I am taking prevacid, biaxin and amoxcillin.....on day 11 of 14 and I have never had this much pain in my head (right above my eyebrow). My eyes also feel very dry and feel very sleepy, like they want to close. Anyone experience this??
