You could mix in some Kefir. It is a lot better than yogurt as it contains a lot more good bacteria. In a grocery store this is what you would be looking for: [img]

It has 12 different types of live bacteria to yogurts 2 or so. It is a fermented milk type drink. I am trying to drink some along with my treatment regime now. Its very thick, and although its not a super tasty drink, its not off putting. It seems to give me a lot of bloating and stuff right now though because im still mid treatment. I have read that drinking 8 ounces of the Kefir twice a day is a good practice when battling h pylori. Ive dialed back to around 4 ounces per serving because of what it does to my stomach with the antibiotics.
Of note is I have also read studies that showed consuming kefir while undergoing treatment may increase your chance of eradication by 5-15%. Thats really why im drinking it.
