unfortunately no. while taking antibiotics and PPI, the bacterial load reduces. So you may get false negative results from stool and breath test.

However, any positive results from stool/breath test would be true positives.

Blood test is not affected by the antibiotics and PPI. However, blood test only tells you the history of infection. It cannot tell you your current infection status. Nevertheless, blood test only has false positives. Any negative result from blood test is a true negative.
