I was diagnosed with H. Pylori about a week ago. I had the usual stomach pains and intolerance to greasy foods. Im so glad to have been diagnosed with something because i was beginning to think i was mentally depressed because of all the possible symptoms of this bacteria.
What my main concern is I misread the label on the pill bottle, and with so many things going on I didnt notice until the second last day of treatment (this being only a week long course of medications, which also seems odd to me considering so many others are 14 days in length.) Instead of taking two of the pills twice daily i was only taking one pill twice daily. I do have an appointment with a doctor today but are there any suggestions or advice on what the best course of action is? Or have I just made a bigger mess out of this by possibly creating an antibiotic resistant strain inside my body?

whatever is done, is already done. who knows you might be lucky. if you have completed the treatment, then wait for 2 weeks and do a follow up breath test to see how lucky you are.

if you still on going with your treatment, switch it to the normal dose. similarly, do a follow up breath test 2 weeks later.
