I am thinking to try peppermint tea. I have had acid reflux for a while. I read somewhere on internet saying peppermint may not be suitable for people with GERD because it may relax the sphincter muscle that close off the stomach from esophagus. Is it true?
hmmm.. a lot of things on the internet is not true. I am not sure if peppermint tea will relax your sphincter muscle. But you can give it a try, if it is not helpful, you can switch to other product.
