One of the symptoms I had earlier was "stomach felt tight after eating". I didn't have it on the first 2 days of anti-biotics. From 3rd on-wards, I see it coming back. Any one had similar situation?

I am on clarithromycin 500mg - 2 times a day, amoxicillin 1g - 2 times a day, along with omeprazole 20mg twice a day.

Earlier my symptoms before diagnosis were

1) Feeling full as soon as I start to eat
2) Lightheadedness
3) Belching
4) Gas
5) Tight stomach
6) Weight loss
7) Pain that comes and goes away in stomach and surrounding areas
8) Panic
9) White coating on the tongue and also a white ring on the left side of the tongue
10) Acid Reflex

I thought something serious was going on. Went to the ER and they did blood tests , urinalysis, stool tests, x-ray (abdomen), ultrasound (for gall stones), CT (abdomen and pelvis), EGD scope (endoscopy) and everything looked normal. I had the colonoscopy scheduled but finally the h-pylori stool test as well as blood test came positive, so I dropped it and immediately started the 10 day Triple Therapy Treatment.

I would see that as normal. Your stomach will need time to recover and adjust. Try complete the treatment to avoid resistance. Remember to get a followup breath test to confirm the treatment success.

You may follow this guideline when to get the follow up breath test done.
