Help needed!!!!!

For about 3 1/2 years now I have been having some terrible symptoms in my body. The symptoms include: burning/hotness in my stomach, stomach bloating, sometimes it hurts in my stomach when I eat or drink something, my stomach hurts when I don't have food in it, I have acid reflux that never goes away no matter how many drugs I take, it burns or hurts when I urinate, the urine comes out dark, I have chronic fatigue and trouble sleeping sometimes, and the back of my throat looks and feels raw and irritated. My doctor has tested me for all STD's and even cultured my urine several times, but all the tests were negative. Also, when I take certain antibiotics the burning in my stomach and burning during urination goes away for a day or two, but then comes back. If someone could tell me if this is H. Pylori or not it would be greatly appreciated.

I think guessing is a bad practice. There is nothing more accurate than a simple breath test. You should be able to walk into any local clinic and order an urea breath test (or stool test). Please be aware that you are not allow to take any PPI or antibiotics 4 weeks before these tests.

If you cannot tolerate without PPI, you can follow the following guidelines to control your stomach acid.

Otherwise, you can visit the specialist and book yourself an endoscopy session. Ask for histology, CLOtest and culture (antibiotic sensitivity test). That may not be very cost effective, but will certainly be the most accurate and effective method in eradicating H. pylori. In addition, you get to examine how badly burnt is your oesophagus and stomach linings.
