Hi,

But as i understood, all antibiotics must be different compare to first treatment including amoxycillin.
If this true, then instead clarithromycin+amoxycillin(first treatment) there must be "new" combination metronidazole+tetracycline.

Btw, how much time person should give between treatments not to make things worse(candida, immune and etc)

H. pylori actually multiply at a neutral pH. so is PPI going to help H. pylori grow? maybe. but it's also allowing all other bacteria to grow in the stomach. H. pylori probably will be out compete.

your GP is right about the clarithromycin switching to metronidazole. that's the standard treatment. if it fail, then we try for other methods.

H. pylori is the root of your problem. So I believe that eradicating it is the right way.

You have a clear mind set. It's very difficult for H. pylori to resistant to amoxy. We have never come across one ourself. So, amoxy is consider very safe to recombine with any other antibiotics.

yes. if your second trial fail, then i would suggest you to do biopsy to test exactly what antibiotic your HP is sensitive to.
