pre-treatment with N-acetylcysteine

I am still HP positive after two rounds of antibiotics. I have read about the pre-treatment with N-acetylcysteine (600 mg/day for 7 days) followed by the antibiotics. Apparently the success rate is quite high. Anybody have any info on this or personal expereience? Thanks, Phil.

Maybe Antibiotic Meds together with N-acetylcysteine can create synergic effect against Helico...
