Acid Reflux not caused by H Pylori?

Hi:
I live in South America, and have been dealing with digestin issues and acid reflux for years now. Also with doctors (GIs) here. I´m tired of them not agreeing on something. It seems as if each one has a different opinion on H Pylori (and on everything).
I took a breath test in the usa this year and it tested positive for H Pylori. Last endoscopy last year was negative for h pylori. I do feel reflux still (liquids up to my stomach and burning throat), a lot of post nasal drip from this and even have breathing symptoms even after fundoplication (had a hiatal hernia). I feel a lot of bloating, indigestion and pressure against my left lung sometimes.
Opossite from what my doctor in the us thinks (a naturopath) my doctor here (GI) tells me H Pylori doesn´t cause acid reflux. Everyone says it does here in this forum. So what´s the truth?
Only after I told him about family history of stomach cancer (both grandmas) my doctor here prescribed me the antibiotics therapy to erradicate pylori. But still he said that won´t take my acid reflux symptoms away. So why did he prescribe it? My dad had H pylori before and has chronic acid reflux (up to his mouth). Is it possible he passed it on to me or anyone else in my family has H Pylori?
And even after I finish the course, which I don´t even know is the correct therapy after reading this forum (I posted it on another thread: Pylori, Candida and Giardia) , I don´t have any way of following up for we don´t have the breath test here and he wont do another control endoscopy on me. I tested endoscopy positive for h pylori several years in a row but last.
Do you know of any laboratory in the us that provide the urea breath test via regular mail?
Also I´m worried about what they say (also my doctor in the USA, the naturopath) that taking antibiotics for H Pylori could boost my candida, which is supposed to be another threat. My doctor the GI here doesn´t think so.
I´m sorry to post so much but I haven´t gotten any reply and I´m desperate. I really hope Dr. Marshall reads this post...
Thanks,
John.
