At the moment I can't offer anything else. I would suggest a low residue diet which would be unlikely to cause any harm since cancer risk has been pretty much been ruled out. Also, a moderate dose of a PPI - say rabeprazole 20mg daily. See how that goes. This is a bit much to treat over the internet and I have plenty else to do. I think you have seen some pretty thorough doctors already so I don't have any suggestions just now. The bacterial flora replacement might work - it does sound like you might have a dysbiosis - but there is little science around this. Keep an eye on the boards here and see if anyone comes up with a good idea for you.

But hows you pick outstanding doctor on the experience of doctors or the qualification?
