Doctor didn't prescribe antibiotic

I have this since college second year (2020). But I got tested few months ago.

The good news is that your stomach condition is very good. No ulcer, no erosion, no polyps, no abnormality.

you have some food residue found in the stomach. Perhaps that's why your doctor prescribed you mebeverine to help with the stomach mobility.. pushing the food down.

The positive HP RUT should be taken care of. If your gastroenterologist is confident with the result, he should prescribe you the antibiotics to try get rid of the H. pylori.
