Are My Symptoms a Sign of H. pylori?

Hello everyone, my name is Ronaldo and I’ve recently been going through some troubling changes in my health that I’m not sure how to interpret. For the past couple of weeks, I’ve had an unusual mix of stomach discomfort, a burning sensation that sometimes creeps up after meals, and a nagging feeling of fullness even when I eat very little. On top of that, I’ve been feeling oddly fatigued, with occasional nausea and a bit of weight loss that I didn’t plan for. It has me worried, could these be signs of a Helicobacter pylori infection, gastritis
Pips NYT, or something more serious? I haven’t had any proper tests yet, but I’m considering a breath or stool test soon. Before I take the next step, I wanted to ask this community if anyone has experienced something similar and whether these symptoms sound like a disease worth urgent attention. Any expert advice or shared experiences would mean a lot.

Sounds smart to get checked, Ronaldo — those symptoms can
Human Expenditure Program match H. pylori or gastritis, but only proper tests will confirm. Best to see a doctor soon for accurate diagnosis and peace of mind.

Hey Ronaldo, those symptoms definitely sound like something you shouldn’t ignore. A urea breath test or stool antigen test would be a great next step — both are non-invasive and quite accurate. In the meantime, try to avoid spicy foods, caffeine, and late-night meals. I had a similar situation last year, and treatment with antibiotics and acid reducers made a huge difference. Hope you get clarity soon!

I had very similar symptoms and it did turn out to be H. pylori-related gastritis, so I’d strongly suggest getting the breath or stool test soon and seeing a doctor, especially since the unexplained weight loss and fatigue make it worth prompt attention.

I went through something comparable and while it ended up being gastritis rather than anything severe, I’d still recommend getting tested soon since ongoing burning, early fullness, and unintentional weight loss shouldn’t be ignored.
