H.pylori nausea

H.Pylori is so comical. I feel no physical symptoms with H.Pylori except when I take something acidic that aggravates my gastritis. Yet when I'm using Mastic gum to help it, I feel random nausea. You would think that the infection itself would cause me nausea, not when I try to use something to eradicate it. So frustrating.

interesting experience.
Nevertheless, just want to remind you that only antibiotic can eradicate H. pylori effectively.

I think you should pay attention to your diet and try to identify any specific foods or supplements that trigger discomfort. Keeping a food diary may help.

Totally get that—H. pylori can be so unpredictable. It's ironic how the treatment or natural remedies like mastic gum often cause more noticeable side effects than the infection itself. Hang in there, healing the gut is rarely a straight line.
