I can’t get rid of my H Pylori and my gastritis. I suffer with daily pain for 2 years. I’ve had treatment twice and I still have it. Stool tests always come back negative but my endoscopy biopsies come back positive. There is no breath test in my country. I’m on the blandest possible diet for more than a month. I don’t know what to do anymore, I’m only 29

So when you said endoscopy said positive... is it based on CLOtest? or histology?
what antibiotics you had in your previous two treatments?

Do you have regular check-ups with your doctor? I'm hoping your health improves.

Biopsies examination would be the gold standard.
the accuracy of stool test (and breath test) can depend on the person operating the test. So your stool test is more likely to be false negative.

Actually, each testing method has a certain accuracy scratch games. Often in research they will choose the method with the most standard results.
