From second day of treatment my blood pressure is around 140/100. Is it side effect of my medicines or what ?

35 is still very young.
drug 1,2,3,4 are very common medication for H. pylori treatment. I would suspect very low side effect from them (maybe just metalic taste and some bowel symptoms).

if you have not taken sertraline previously, you may need to check with your doctor about sertraline and your blood pressure.

It is important for patients experiencing changes in blood pressure to consult with their healthcare provider, especially when starting a new medication such as sertraline. Monitoring and communicating with your doctor can help ensure safe and effective treatment.geometry dash deadlocked

Your elevated blood pressure (140/100) could be due to multiple factors, including a side effect of medications, your body's response to infection, or other underlying issues word hurdle
