Chest heaviness post treatment question

does anyone ever get like an achey chest after treatment? Or your bones feel achey? I feel really weak post treatment and I’ve been trying to eat more since I’ve lost 14 lb during this whole ordeal (bland diet) and I noticed my chest gets heavy and tired when I eat… it’s overwhelming sometimes

Anyone else? Please let me know

I have to wait 3-4 weeks to retest and I want to be okay… :/

what you describe is not a common side effect. Perhaps you wait a few more days and see if the symptoms subside.

Yeah, it’s actually pretty common to feel chest heaviness, weakness, and body aches after treatment — especially with weight loss and a bland diet. Your body’s still recovering, and eating more can feel tiring when you're weak. Could be low nutrients, stress, or just part of healing. If it gets worse or you feel sharp pain or shortness of breath, don’t wait — get checked out. You’re not alone.

Your body may still be recovering, and the weight loss and changes in diet may be contributing to feelings of weakness and heavinesscrossy road. Have you been to a follow-up appointment?

Monitor your symptoms and don't hesitate to contact your doctor if they persist or if you develop any concerning signs like severe chest pain or breathing difficulties.

Take care and give your body time to heal.

Yes, a lot of people experience achy chest, bone aches, and weakness after treatment—it’s common as your body recovers, especially with weight loss from a bland diet. Eating can feel tiring too as your body works to digest and heal. Derivative Calculator
