Post antibiotics pain and still losing weight

Hello, I am 29 finished antibiotics 4 weeks ago since then I stop taking ppis not sure if I had eradicated as yet... however I did barium meal complete blood count etc and all was normal now I am having pain by the bottom of my right rib and also feeling some heaviness in my lower abdomen groin area any advice or help I will be retested on Wednesday via breathe test haven’t done endoscopy or colonoscopy as it was not seen as necessary and very expensive some advice will be greatly appreciated

you are still very young. If you do not have family history of gastric or colon cancer, perhaps endoscopy or colonoscopy not required.

You can have gastritis for quite a while after. Don’t believe you should still be having lower rub pain though. Endoscopy would be best test to see if treatment worked.
If biopsy shows negative you may have to stay on ppi for a while longer.
