I'll be done with my 14 day treatment on Thursday of this week.

Any advise?
I really hope this 1st round killed it. What's the success rate? I've read wayyy to many horror stories

can take probiotics or herbs if you think that helps your digestive system's recovery.

most importantly, one month later, repeat your breath/stool test to confirm that you have no more H. pylori.

Should I ask for more PPI after my 14 day antibiotic treatment is finished?

You can ask for more PPI if your symptom persist. otherwise, there is no need for more PPI.

I am thinking to try peppermint tea. I have had acid reflux for a while. I read somewhere on internet saying peppermint may not be suitable for people with GERD because it may relax the sphincter muscle that close off the stomach from esophagus. Is it true?

hmmm.. a lot of things on the internet is not true. I am not sure if peppermint tea will relax your sphincter muscle. But you can give it a try, if it is not helpful, you can switch to other product.

Day two post antibiotics, today is not a good day. Shortness of breath pretty much all day.
