Teested Negative but Symptoms are Crazy

OK so first I tested negative via biopsy. Then recently tested negative via breath test (after being off PPIs for 2 and a half weeks)
My symptoms are pain near my belly button. Major bloating with belching and flatulance and general stomach queasiness. Also constant acid taste in throat. I am getting a ctscan this week because doctor keeps trying to see whats up - I find it hard to believe its not pylori.
If I do stool test Im assuming I need to be off PPIs again - right? (Back on em for a week now)
