Stool analysis result

I recently got my GI mapping results back of my stool analysis and it said that I had H Pylori present. However, the lab had a reference range that normal is considered <1.0e3 and my H Pylori value was below the lab threshold (4.7e2). My question is, why is there a lab reference range? Shouldn’t it be negative to be normal? Should I be on treatment if H Pylori is present regardless of the value?

I believe GI map is based on DNA testing.
DNA testing can have false positive sometimes.
GI map is not a recommended diagnosis method.
to confirm the GI map result, you can go for a stool or breath test.
no test is 100% and should have a threshold to avoid false positive/negative result.
