I attached a picture of my prescription, antibiotic susceptibility test below
It seem that only Clarithromycin is the only antibiotic that Hpylori is resisted to, however in my 2nd treatment I took amoxicillin and tetracycline and 1 other antibiotic that I could not tell from my doctor hand writing (I attached a picture of prescription below) failed. Could this mean I got reinfected at some point?

Unfortunately I cannot read Viet language.

I dont like the combination of Amoxicillin and Tetracycline.

anyway. Levofloxacin seems working. Perhaps you can ask your doctor to give
rabeprazole 20mg TID
bismuth 220mg QID
Amoxicillin 1g TID
levofloxacin 250mg BID

The result say that I have 'PPI extensive metabolizer' what does this mean?

it means you need higher dose PPI to make it work.
