I recently ate a dragon fruit with white worms at the base of the fruit. I honestly don’t know how the worms get inside the fruit when the outside of the fruit show no sign of holes. I suspect the worms are maggots and I only saw them after eating almost half the fruit, and to make it even worse, I am currently in a 1 month waiting period after my antibiotics course finished. Can I even catch Hpylori if I accidentally consume these worms. I felt like I am the most unlucky person.

You most likely wont get HP from worm.
HP is very host specific. That's why Prof Marshall failed to infect HP in animal model. and he has to drink HP to proof it.

Is it possible to live with Hpylori infection without getting treatment? I honestly find it very stressing and tiring when I am always in a worry when it come to eating, I am afraid of getting Hpylori from plates that and eating utensils, I am afraid of eating outside at a restaurant with family, afraid of eating fruits that can't be sterile with heat etc having these thought where I could catch Hpylori from everything that I eat is stressing me a lot. It comes to a point where I ask myself is it possible to have a maintenance treatment of Hpylori so I can enjoy eating normally like most people.

Many people live their life with H. pylori without any symptoms.
about 10% of people will develop ulcer and about 1% will develop cancer.
as you grow older, your cancer risk gets higher.
When you get rid of H. pylori at older age, your cancer risk does not decrease and stay higher than younger people.
getting reinfected is rare. Just make sure everyone living under the same roof to get rid of the H. pylori.
