Assistance with H-Pylori Resistance

Greetings,
I hope this message finds you well. I am located in the southeastern USA, and am seeking assistance from your Gastroenterology team. I and am suffering with a strain of Helicobacter Pylori which has proven resistant to treatment from Clarithromycin, Omeprazole, and Amoxicillin as well as Quad Therapy including bismuth, Omeprazole, Metronidazole and Tetracycline. Both regimens taken four times daily for fourteen days, respectively.
I have searched for phototherapy options to no avail, in addition to adopting a very low carbohydrate, low acidic, primarily plant based, lean protein diet. Despite a reduction in the acid reflux I continue to suffer from a host of remaining symptoms. Increased tiredness, stomach ulcerations, weight fluctuation, nutrient malabsorption, irregular menses, mood changes, difficulty sleeping, skin rashes/acne, swallowing difficulty, and stomach irritation.
My first visit to the gastroenterologist is next Thursday, during which time I will request an endoscopic culture.
Any insight on further treatment would be so very much appreciated. I, like so many, are very much impacted by this bacteria, and am looking forward to a better quality of life once it is eradicated.
Kind Regards and thank you.
