H Pylori Negative but I feel so bad

Nausea, loss of appetite, lost some weight during the last 10 days or so and have really really low energy. Did colonoscopy in 2017 (clear) and gastroscopy about 7/8 months ago which showed some gastritis and esophagitis of LA A which I think meant mild. I did have h pylori positive back then but cleared it and felt pretty ok for a while. All blood work is good now and mu GI prescribed me some PPi and a gel. The PPIs don't seem to do much at least for now. Any idea why do I feel so horrible? Is it worth it to do another endoscopy this soon? I am tired of feeling sick. I have to also mention I have had intense anxiety lately worrying about my health issues and all. Just started on an antidepressive too. Anti anxiety meds which usually get my energy back quick don't seem to work at this point.
Any help would e appriciated.

Hi there,
You should consider another endoscopy just to ensure hpylori is eradicated and eveything is healing. With regards to anxiety i am on the same boat. Please dont ever google symptoms as you will just send your anxiety up. You should consider testing your vitamins as well

You only need breath/stool test to see if you still have H. pylori.
Your anxiety is most probably not due to H. pylori. Unfortunately feeling like this comes and goes. As long as you are free of H. pylori, there is nothing to worry about. You just need to for this anxiety to pass or seek medical advise.

Hi Helico_expert,
I have just done it and it came back negative. While symptoms appear to be even worse than when I had h pylori. Lack of energy, nausea , loss of appetite are making me stay in bed all day.It is strange. I am thinking maybe I should do it at another lab , maybe they have not done it right?

Is it normal to have extreme loss of appetite? To the point where I cant even see food let alone eating it. Its insane.
Could it be due to the colonoscopy prep? Which I did 2 days ago.

hmmm... i think you need to talk to a doctor who can physically examine you. It's most probably nothing serious. try to stay positive.
