Help me get the dosages right!

I start my quadruple therapy tomorrow and it is as follows.

Rabeprazole 20mg - 3 times a day before food
Tetracyclin HCl 500mg - 4 times a day
Metronidazole 400mg - 3 times a day
Bismuth 120mg - 4 times a day

Questions I have:

1) How long before food should I take Rabeprazole?
2) My Doctor told me to take Tetracyclin immediately after food. But I read it should be taken at least one hour before food or two hours after. What is your opinion?
3) What about Metronidazole? Before food or after food? If so, how long before or after food?
4) I am taking Bismuth 120mg four times a day. Should I increase the dosage or is this okay?

we find no difference to take the antibiotics before or after food.

So we believe it is more important to spread out the antibiotics as evenly as possible.

Maintaining the antibiotic dose in the body has higher chance of eradicating H. pylori.
