RUT Test

Hi,

Two months ago I have been diagnosed with Helico based on a RUT test. At that time I haven't payed any attention to the test and marking color (although it seems like it was magenta in the past), until few days ago when I went to check it (since I have to retake it in next few weeks).

The cards seems to show negative test. Is it normal behavior that test card changes color over time ?
The RUT test is from Gastrex/ProntoDry

Thanks

Yes. it's normal. The test card version RUT only works within 30 min. after that it losses it's feature.

The RUT test is a simple and effective way to quickly identify certain bacteria. It really helps streamline the diagnostic process and supports timely treatment decisions. Wacky Flip

It's important not to rely Poor Bunny on the current appearance of the test card weeks or months after the procedure. The color you see now does not reflect your test result accurately. If the test showed a magenta result shortly after the biopsy, that likely indicated a positive result at the time.

Thanks admin for explaining clearly about RUT test. I did this test before and also saw the result change color after a few hours, so I was quite worried. Now I feel more secure! capybara clicker

Yes, it's normal for the RUT test card to change color over time, and a negative result on a test card that was previously positive may indicate that the infection has been cleared, undead corridor but you should consult your healthcare provider for confirmation and further guidance.
