I diagnosed positive with h. pylori. I suspect i have low stomach acidity because i have undigested food in stools and never experience heartburn or anything like that. Is it safe to take PPI during eradication if you have already low stomach acid or you should take only abx?

During the treatment, the lower the acid the better.

The antibiotics is more effective when there is no acid.

So it's ok to take PPI. We have better cure rate with higher dose PPI.
