I had been affected with H Pylori before 6 months .And it took 3 months for me to find out H Pylori.I had many issues including loss of appetite ,mild headache and lack of sleep, but i didnt experienced dry mouth and dry eyes.After then Doctor gave me triple therapy for 14 days.I started to experience dry mouth and dry eyes.Post that,appetite and sleep problems gone. After some 15 days , i tested H pylori breath test,It was negative.But after this ,i got headache , dry mouth and dry eyes became more severe.Now i am with headache,dry eyes and dry mouth for past 1.5 months .Still experiencing.I again took H pylori stool test 4 days back.It is still negative.Internet shows dry eyes and dry mouth are symtpoms of sjongren syndrome.I am afraid what still causing problem for me .Please help me

although there are theories about H. pylori may cause symptoms elsewhere, H. pylori primarily causes trouble in the stomach.

I dont think your dry mouth and dry eyes symptoms are caused by H. pylori. But I am glad that you are able to get rid of H. pylori with ease.
