Hi
I have tried 3 treatments (Amoxi Metroni + ppi , Amoxi Metroni Claryth+ppi , and pylera) and those have failed to eradicate H pylori after ive done a biopsy ,
So my doctor said its better to stop treating scince i have low tolerence to the secondary effects of those antibiotics and only advised to take ranitidine to manage the pain
What should i do now ?

You need to find a laboratory that can do H. pylori antibiotic susceptibility testing. Unfortunately this kind of laboratory is hard to find.

of course, symptom control by taking either PPI or Ranitidine is alright, but i dont think it's a good long term solution.
