H pylori question

Hello!

Four weeks ago, I randomly got dizzy and fainted. I wound up in an ER where they said nothing was wrong with me and sent me on my way.

I then experienced severe nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, and constant stomach rumbling which went on for three weeks. My primary doctor did a full blood panel. Everything normal, no h. Pylori. They then did heart checks (ekg and echo), no problems. Then an abdominal xray. No problems. Then an abdominal ultrasound. Then a stool sample. No problems. They prescribed dicyclomine which has stopped my diarrhea, but the nausea, dizziness, and constant stomach rumbling remains. They will not perscribe antibiotics since they cannot pinpoint what is going on. After a month of this and a constant waiting game, it is getting very old. Could this be a misdiagnosed h pylori? Does anyone have an idea what could be going on?

Thank you!

H. pylori can cause B12 and iron deficiency and some patients can experience nausea or fatigue syndrome.

However, blood test is normally very accurate when it gives negative result. if you are doubtful, you can ask for a breath test to double confirm.
