Hello, after having some very bad stomach pains early this year and not being diagnosed with anything, I did a stool test through Invivo Clinical and it came back with a presence of low numbers of H Pylori, no virulence factors were present.

So I'm wondering is H pylori safe in low numbers according to lab ranges? Or can it still mess you up in low numbers that are considered safe by labs? I do have symptoms of of stomach pain and alot of digestive issues.

Appreciate any correspondence.

Thanks.

high or low doesnt associate with disease severity. However, a low positive may lead to false positive. You probably need to repeat the diagnosis by doing breath test or blood test.

H. pylori is less harmful when you are young and healthy. because your healing can overcome the damage. however, as you get older, the healing ability will decrease and you'll feel more symptoms. we recommend to have it eradicated before irreversible damage is done.
