Symptoms after H Pylori treatment is successful

Hello,
I was diagnosed with H Pylori in Aug and finished the first line of treatment with antibiotics. The treatment was successful and it was confirmed by Stool Antigen test that I was negative for H Pylori last week. However, some times I still experience stomach fullness, loss of appetite (with random feelings of throwing up) especially when I eat fatty or oily foods, over eat or eat at times out of my schedule (when I travel etc). Interestingly as long as I stick to mild foods with olive oil, honey I feel fine but the moment I overeat (trying to gain weight) or have irregular eating my symptoms flair up. Is this expected or is it usually the case that complete healing might take more time. Any help or insights would be great. For the record, all my blood panel work. liver function tests and thyroid workup is perfectly normal and I am in my 30's. Thanks!

Hi
My gastroebterologist who had HP told me that it takes about 3 months for the intestine to recover and 1 year for the inflammation of the stomach to get away.
He had it twice. The second time it laster only 6 months because the damages were not that bad.
Good luck
