Hey guys,

I've been on the Prevpac for 8 days now and have had no improvement at all. I've actually had a slight dizzines, I think due to the Clarithromycin. I've taken Amoxicillin many, many times so I don't believe that's it.

My question is, can I stop the Prevpac and switch to the tetracycline and Flagyl?

i think you shouldnt try antibiotics like that. follow the protocol. finish your prevpac, then wait for a month, repeat the breath test, if positive, then only try PPI + bismuth + Tetracycline + flagyl.
