Since few months when I was diagnosed with antral gastrisis with an ulcer because of H.pylori I have a few symptoms with a really bizzare one
I feel constantly a pressure sensation inside the neck that irradiates to the head it's really strange and all this is accentuated when my stomach start hurting me
did anyone has felt this symptom ?

H. pylori is restricted to symptoms within the stomach.

you mentioned that you had done endoscopy and found ulcer. So at least there is no other abnormality. while waiting to find out if you still have HP, you probably need other test to find out what's wrong in your neck.
