Symptoms and how I feel

So I’m feeling like I’m dying slowly I feel very ill has anyone with h pylori gone through this ? Anyone else with drastic weight loss ? Please help 
Hi Cesarmaravilla1, I think your case is a bit extreme.
Usually people with H. pylori is underweight. Most patient that I know, would like to get rid of H. pylori to put on some weight. But you are the opposite. I have been thinking.. maybe it's because your microbiome was affected. which then lead to your weight lost.
How many more days of treatment do you need to go?
