It's been almost 4 weeks since my treatment and I'm down to 10mg of pepcid daily to control stomach acid.

When I stopped taking 10 mg pepcid 4 days ago, I started getting acid in the throat at night and pain in my left stomach last night. How much longer should I take pepcid before I can stop? Should I try taking pepcid every other day until symptoms are gone?

I will retest for Prylori this week but afraid to know the results. Symptoms are much better except for the acid reflux.

yup. sounds like you need to continue your pepcid.
4 weeks is good enough for the breath test to confirm if the treatment work.
