Hi am vaishak 31 yr old..one month back i had stomach irritation and sound from left abdomen..after see some doctors give some medicines but not cure completely....after that my new dr do
Endoscopy last week..so there s an fundus erosion and h.pylori test positive..after tht dr prescribed antibiotics..triple therapy for 10 days i want to know whether my tratment s going correct way..now after finished triple therapy(3 weeks back)..every evening i am tempt to go to bathroom..when i passing stool foul smell on stool and flatulence..is this normal ?
Am tottaly upset..is it curable?is this the correct way to treat

If you are not taking PPI at the moment, then
First you need to do a breath/stool test to find out if you still have H. pylori.
Second, you probably need some probiotics to help with your guts bacteria.

So, I think we need to wait till you have your follow up result back first.

Now am taking Rabium DSR in morning and Noanxium before bed..now am taking yogut tab daily one in the morning

how long do you need to take the Rabium DSR for? you cannot do breath/stool test while taking Rabium DSR.

Rabium dsr started along with hp kit (01/06/2017)..10 days before dr said use rabium and noanxium alternative days..but two days before i visited and told my symptoms(lower abdomen cramps,small burrning sensation, foul smell on my stool and flatulence )..He told me to continue Rabium dsr and noanxium daily..

that sounds alright. do check with your doctor when is the best time to do another breath test to find out if you still have H. pylori.

Some times i have pin pain from several parts of the body including stomach area,lower abdomen,thigh,armside
Is these symptoms are the side effects of antibiotics?
Is it normal or any serious issue?

please talk to your doctor about the side effect. the severity is depending on the level of pain. some people feel the pain, but it's negligible. but some pain is so painful that the patient has to lie on the bed.

Sir I hav mild pin pricking pain from several parts of the body.. Is it normal?
I hav same stomach cramps(not that much as previously)
Sometime burning sensation from lower abdomen
Feeling fullness
My treatment finished before approx 1.5months back
Am so depressed..am fear everytime n google it for cancer symptoms

you already had endoscopy done. If there is abnormality, it'll be reported. So dont worry about it. Cancer doesnt form like that. It'll take years to form stomach cancer.

Follow the guideline. after treatment, do another test to find out if you still have H. pylori.
