It's probably fungal as well. You need to see GP and get anti-fungal. Can take together with antibiotics

Flucanozole or Nystatin! I personally tried Flucanozole and it did not work for me.

You can use nystatin suspension: This is a liquid antifungal mouthwash you swish and swallow (or spit out Retro Bowl College), typically used 4 times daily.
