H Pylori Questions

Hi,
I am new to the forum and wasn't sure where to start. I am 39 years old and was diagnosed with H Pylori in October 2017 was given 2 rounds of triple antibiotics 14 days each. I was experiencing dizziness, heart palpitations, sever stomach pain in upper stomach and gurgling from stomach. Since the treatments I am somewhat better now but not sure if I still have this or not. I just moved to another state and am waiting to see the new doctor to find out but I am now experiencing the stomach pains again now more often then after I was first treated and have extreme gas pressure feelings with the urge to pass gas and at night when I lay down I get nauseous but have not actually gotten sick. This is horrible and wish there was a time frame to feel better from this. Is there any advice as far as to what to or not to eat or do etc. I have tried to cut sugars and a few other things just not sure anymore.

your microbiome might have been disrupted and now unbalanced. But with proper diet, I believe it will go back to normal.

In regards to your H. pylori infection status. Perhaps you should get another breath test to find out if you are still infected. You will need to stop all treatments for at least 2-3 weeks before the breath test.

You will not get better if you still have H. pylori in you.
