I have read through so many different things regarding H.Pylori. I just want to make sure that what Im feeling is normal. I have extreme bloating and not necessarily pain, but uncomfortable. and this is all the time. I started the antibiotic cocktail 3 days ago and still no relief. Makes eating unpleasant. is it normal to feel bloated 24 hours a day?

H. pylori is responsible for many gastric disorders. I myself experience lots of air in the stomach when I was positive for H. pylori. Always burping and "de-gassing". I am the lucky one that all these went away after a successful triple therapy treatment.

You are on your 3rd day. You must continue until you finish all the pills. If you stop too early, you may induce antibiotic resistance.

Psychology stress can also cause bloating and many gastric symptoms. So try to stay positive and avoid thinking about your stomach. The more you think about it, the more likely you'll feel something is wrong.

Bloating can be caused due to other conditions as well. I think you should get a proper diagnosis done.
