If i have a mild gastric in my stumek that is due to helicbacter will the gastritis heal just from the 14 days with antibiotics and PPL or do you need to continue the PPL after also or is that only if u have a ucler?

Hi Sullebrah, I'm assuming you mean gastritis? I got some mild gastritis after doing the h pylori treatment that I'm still dealing with (3.5 weeks after finishing the antibiotics). I was also diagnosed with an ulcer and continued the PPI for 2 weeks after.

Did the Doc tell you how long it could take for your gastritis to heal and your uclear ?

Doctor told me about 4 weeks, depending on if the H Pylori was eradicated. Still have to do my breath test next week so I'm not 100% sure atm.
