Ok where to begin I woke up 1 1/2 months ago just over all just sick, Lightheaded constantly, Huge loss of appetite, Lost 40+ pounds so far. My overall health has just diminished in this last 1 1/2 months which sucks because I was such a out going fun guy and ever since the last 1 1/2 months my life has changed so much. I am currently weakish, i do feel like im getting some what better day by day but up until yesterday I have not had any treatments. I decided I did NOT want to do the antibiotics + PPis. I have taken the PPis in the past and I really hate how they made me feel. just overall sick all day long so I want to do this a more natural way.

I bought a bottle of Mastic Gum off amazon and so far yesterday I took 1000mg x2 pills because it was late when it arrives and this morning I took x2 pills (1000mg). I decided to do 2000mg a day (x4 pills). i also went and bought some Biobeads Probiotics and have only taken x2 so far. The box says x1 per day.

Here is my thing. Is 2000mg of Mastic gum enough per day or should I up it to 3000mg & is x1 biobead enough or should I up that also. Im not worried about the money at all I just want my life back from this crap. i also bought a bunch of lemons, Broccoli Raab, organic Unsweetened mustard & apple cider vin that a website told me to buy because H. Plyori does not like Acidic stuff and and feeds of you in your alkaline.

I stopped drinking coffee, Soda n such and stopped eating white bread so far. Im kind of scared tho that eating is going to be insane. I am used to eating everything including the fridge and now im basically limited but this is prolly why im in this position because I have never ate healthy ever in my life. Junk food, soda, fast food daily, candy, cakes, you name it i ate it.

just looking for overall advice here on the best way to take these meds and I know everyone is different but how long does it normally usually take to destroy this infection

Natural treatment barely can do anything on their own.
Their are useful as complement of the actual antibiotics and do improve the cure rate.
The double therapy garlic + PPI was only given a 35% cure rate and alicin is the best antibiotic you can get.

Ppi make you feel like shit and its normal, an alcaline stomach do not trigger enzyme such as pepsin and make you sick but it also helps antibiotics and natural substance to work.

I respect your beliefs but try and be reasonable and take the antibiotics your doctor gave to you adding into the mix mastic gum if you'd like.

ok i have a couple of other questions. The doctor did tell me a bunch of stuff but im wondering. I do eat alot of whole grain bread which im sure I cant eat anymore because of Gluten? I am having a hard time with food right now because now im scared to eat anything because I dont want to screw screw anything up. I made some chicken and broccoli with lemon with a spinach/kale salad for dinner but earlier i may have screwed up because i had whole grain toast with peanut butter covered in peanuts.

before I got sick I ate like every hour all day long. I ate junk food and huge meals that now I feel like crap because im scared to eat. My diet before was eat everything I saw. High sodiums/high sugars. lots of spicy foods. I also have a question is Whey Protein still safe to drink or should I avoid it for now. ive always drank protein shakes through the day before I got this crap.

You should mainly avoid fatty/fried/oily and big meals because these require more acid than the others, thus making your gastritis / ulcer worse.
Try to also avoid sodas, sugar is helicobacter's friend, coffee and soy.

Junk food will only make H.pilory stronger, hence why you should just do the antibiotics ( it way quicker than random natural things )

Regarding gluten you should be fine i quote :
Actually, there is no consistent relationship between NCGS and H. pylori infection. These two conditions, indeed, are characterized by a different pathogenesis. However, it is important to consider that H. pylori may seldom induce duodenal lymphocytosis, a condition in which intraepithelial lymphocytes invade the mucosa. Since 50% of cases of NCGS are characterized by duodenal lymphocytosis, it is important to perform a differential diagnosis with H. pylori infection and other diseases associated to lymphocytosis such as inflammatory bowel disease, drug-induced damage or other autoimmune disorders. So, in conclusion, there is no link between NCGS and HP.

Also remember than until you are free of PPI and helicobacter its normal to have weird digestion issues.
Helicobacter and PPI are fucking up your enzymes management hence why you have abdominal pain after some meal.
