ive developed this after 2 weeks of using mastic gum. worse in the evenings. i also take zinc carnosine

I am not too sure. perhaps you can try stopping mastic gum and see if your reflux ease off?

you can take ranitidine to control acute reflux.

can mastic gum cause reflux from die off?
