HELP

I was diagnosed with H Pylori a little over 2 years ago - my first GI doctor put me on a set of triple treatments for 2 weeks, then waited about 4 weeks and had an endoscopy done. turns out the first treatment did not work so i was referred to another doctor. The second doctor decided to put me on a more intense treatment which caused blurred vision and bruises on my inner arms. my doctor told me to stop the medication right away. I have since tried to locate a GI specialist that truly understands and will try to help me (as a patient). I am now experiencing the symptoms again and have started seeing bleeding. I have a doctors appointment this week but want to know if my case is rare? what could be done at this point to resolve my issue?

I think it is very important that you know what you have taken. At least you can tell your next doctor (regardless of H. pylori) to avoid them as you are obviously sensitive or allergic to them.

at least you tried for a week. Have you done a check and see if you are still infected with H. pylori? some treatment works for 7 days. who knows you may be lucky.
