He recommend Levofloxacin + Rabeprazole + Clarithromycin. But he ask me to wait for another 1month to start since I just completed Klacid 7 1month ago. Hi,

Klacid 7 pack consist of Clarithomycin, Amoxicilin and a PPI. (nexium by default).

Hence your 2nd treatment of reusing Clarithomycin is questionable. The bacteria might have resistant to this antibiotics.
The usual therapy treatment for the triple therapy follow up might be

Levofloxacin + Rabeprazole + Amoxicilin.

I know a few people infected in my country with the 2nd treatment therapy you mention, that came back successful after failing Klacid 7.

I agree with Power1. go back to your doctor and tell him your worried about antibiotic resistance to clarithromycin. It is better to use amoxicillin because H. pylori never get resistance to Amoxicillin. In addition, you can also ask your doctor's opinion about adding bismuth in your treatment plan. Bismuth will greatly increase the cure rate.

in regards to kissing, it is better to have your wife checked as well. if she is positive, maybe you two can take treatment together. That will greatly reduce your chance of being reinfected.

H. pylori will not be transmitted through sexual activity.
