Triple, quadruple & salvage therapy failed. What now?

I finished the standard triple therapy - failed.
Then finished the Quadraple therapy - failed.
Then endoscopic biopsy shows "severe Helicobacter gastritis with intestinal metaplasia"
Then finished the salvage therapy - UBT shows still positive with higher reading.

Can this Helicobacter metaplasia turn into cancer very quickly?

Is there any other antibiotic that I can try?
Any treatment other than antibiotic?

Is it a possibility that I may never get rid of this bacteria and have to live with it for the rest of my life?

Can anyone please name a gastroenterologist in Sydney who is an expert in Helicobacter Pylori?

Regards

Can you list down the antibiotics you have taken? did you ask your doctor the possibility of doing an antibiotic sensitivity test on the bacteria?

I dont think anyone know how long does it take to turn metaplasia to cancer. But, it is known that getting rid of H. pylori can revert the metaplasia back to normal.
