H. pylori, antibiotic and endonscopy

Hi I'm new on this forum. The information posted here is excellent and has been incredibly helpful.
I was diagnosed with the H.pylori infection about 12 years ago and at the time treated with antibiotics (Can't remember the name, think it was prevpack) for 10 days. After that I felt fine and there seemed no need for follow up.
About 7 months after the first treatment of antibiotics, my heartburn symptom came back. I visited a GI who suggested I just try and live with the symptoms as the antibiotic treatment could be worse for me than the bacteria itself. I took that advice and used probiotic and digestive enzyme whenever I experienced symptoms and things were manageable until the spring of 2013. At that time I started to become sensitive to nuts, and created a lots gas,I then visited another GI doctor, did a blood test which showed H.pylori as positive. The doctor then ordered an endoscopy and colonoscopy tests, and the test results were: Focally active chronic gastritis in antrum and mild chronic gastritis stomach body, also H.pylori positive.
I felt much better after the endonscopy and experienced no further symptoms. Occasionally I did require ppi to control my heartburn, otherwise everything was fine. In 2014 I ate some spicy food and my heartburn and gas became a more serious problem. I was still able to manage the symptoms with ppi and other natural/alternative means, but by summer 2015 I had enough and started my second antibiotics treatment (omeprazole 20 mg,metronidazole 500mg,clarithromycin 500mg) for 10 days.
Four weeks later, I had a breathe test which showed I was H. pylori positive. My symptoms were continuously getting worse after the treatment, and I'm not able to go a day without ppi, nor eat large meals, meat or dairy products. One week ago, I started my third round of treatment (omeprazole40mg, tetracycline 500mg,meronidazole500mg,bismuth). I started feeling a little better for the first three days, but then things got worse again and I feel as though this treatment will fail again. I then spoke with my GI doctor PA and asked that we perform another endonscopy test.
I do not believe any of this is normal, and the ineffectiveness of the antibiotic treatments has me deeply concerned. The GI doctor office called back today and wants to do the endoscopy this Friday. My antiobiotic treatment will end next Tuesday, so will this endoscopy test have any value? Can the doctor secure an accurate diagnose in the middle of the antibiotic treatment? The PA told me they want to check my gastritis situation and will order another breath test 4 weeks after the treatment. I need to decide if I should take the endoscopy this Friday. Your expertise advise will be greatly appreicated sincerely thank you.
