Is there any Helicobacter Pylori expert/lab in Bangladesh ?

Does anyone know if there is/are any Helicobacter Pylori specialist(s) in Bangladesh? Any lab there that does Ureas Breath Test?
It is said that almost 90% of the population (160 mil) is infected with h.pylori. Sounds like no one has ever heard of h.pylori! Well, at least the ones I've talked to about it.
